Join a one day retreat at the Lakehouse, nestled in the Lancashire countryside. This retreat includes mindfulness meditation and exercises such as mindful movement.
Through cultivation of the attitudes of mindfulness through meditation (not always sitting) can guide the mind toward stillness and heighten awareness that allows us to make choices that nurture our growth.
If the weather is kind we will also have yoga outside in this trance inducing setting.
Everyone is welcome on this retreat from beginners to experienced practitioners of mindfulness.

Mats and blankets provided or you may bring your own for added comfort. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing and possibly sunscreen!
