Here we have the wonderful Heather, is is part of the fabulous Wedding Team here at Wyresdale Park. Heather’s role is Wedding Manager & Coordinator meaning all of our lovely wedding couples liaise with Heather in the lead up to and throughout their special day.

What is your favourite thing about your role?

I love making our couples' dream days become a reality, seeing it all come together on the day and all run even better than they had envisioned.
What do you enjoy doing during your time off?

I currently have a 7 month old baby so not sure I have much 'time off'! ;) but before I had my daughter I loved to run and last summer ran 6 marathons in 4 days!
What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Organised, driven and calm.

What is your top photo spot here at Wyresdale Park?

Nothing beats the drone footage when couples are out on the boating lake!
What is your favourite Christmas song of all time?

It's got to be Mariah Carey - All I want for Christmas!
How about your least favourite Christmas song?

The Darkness - Christmas Time (Don't Let the Bells End).

Tell us, what are your plans for Christmas day?

We always spend Christmas Eve with my family and then Christmas day with my husband's, this year will be extra special as it's my daughters first Christmas!!!
What is your MUST-HAVE Christmas dinner side dish?

We usually go for Salmon Wellington for Christmas Dinner, accompanied with all the veggies!!
What is your favourite part of a typical wedding day here at Wyresdale Park?
The drinks reception! All the nerves have disappeared, replaced with love and excitement and it's the first time everyone's been together, if it's a lovely day and we can get out on the South Lawn for it - then even better.

Lastly, what is your go-to coffee order?

I'm not a hot drink person but am partial to a cold coffee!
