Always busy, from the current menu to planning our weekly specials!

How long have you worked with the team at The Applestore Cafe?

3/4 years now, I started out as a pot-washer and worked my way up over the years.

What would be your go to meal at The Applestore Cafe?

Burger of the day! It changes regularly too so always something new to try.

What are your plans for Christmas Day?

Spend the day eating lots of good food - washed down with some port (it would be rude not to).

Favourite part of Christmas?

Taking a break from cooking! :)

Which Christmas movies have you watched so far?

So far… Die Hard & A Christmas Carol

Top piece of advice when cooking the Christmas Dinner?

Ohhhh… get someone else to do it so you can sit back and relax with a festive drink ;)

What’s the one Christmas side dish you HAVE to have?

Spouts with chestnuts and bacon.

If you didn’t have turkey what else would you have for Christmas Dinner?

For me it would have to be duck.

Are you a last minute shopper or have you done your Christmas shopping already?

Last-minute…every year!
