On the fourth day of Christmas we bring you the lovely Georgia! You may recognise Georgia if you have visited the Applestore Cafe as she works as our Front of House Manager there. Read on to see Georgia’s festive Q&A….

What does a typical day look like for you at The Applestore Cafe?

Meeting and greeting, prepping the team and serving up lots of delicious food and drink to everyone who visits us - most importantly making sure everyone leaves happy. No two days are the same so we are kept nice and busy!

How long have you worked with the team at Applestore Cafe?

I have been here for six years now!

What would be your go to meal at The Applestore Cafe?

I enjoy a bowl of the porridge - I get to have one most mornings and it really sets me up for the day.

What is your favourite part of Christmas?

I would definately say spending lots of quality time with family and friends - and eating plenty of festive food.

Are you a Christmas pudding fan?

Not for me! I will pass on the Christmas pudding…

Ultimate Christmas food?

It has to be pigs in blankets - can’t have too many of them!

Favourite festive drink?

I would say mulled wine! Definitely gets me feeling Christmassy.

Which Christmas movies have you watched so far?

It’s a busy time of year at The Applestore - so not too many just yet! But I will be squeezing some in during the lead-up to Christmas!
